Am I a good candidate for hair extensions? Which kind?

I have thin/thinning hair, but I believe it is due partly to heredity, and being accelerated by a poor diet. Should I consider hair extensions? If so, should I get the "braided" kind or the chemically bonded kind?

don't get the bonded kind

if your hair is already thinning the braids might be more stress on your hair than needed! I would suggest glue tracks or the fused hair extensions - the fused need to be touched up but they are more realistic you dont have to worry about your track slipping you would have more maintnence with those and the cost is more but if you can afford it - well worth it -

for glued in tracks if you dont do it at home it would prob cost around $45-50 and the fused ones around 150 and up -

i would suggest going to a black hair stylist to have glued tracks in fused either way - reason being black stylist probally deal with tracks more than a white one - even though they are trained in school experience is a plus -

No, I do not think you should get extensions. They can damage and pull your hair out making it thinner.
