How often should i wash my hair?

Hey all.

I have really thin long blonde/brown hair,well i just got it done at the hairdressers on monday and i love it :-)

I usally wash my hair everyday,but im not sure if i should.

I have really thin hair,how often should i wash it.?

I use TRESemme as its the best out there but how often should i be washing it?

i have been a stylist for 15 years and i would suggest you wash your hair every other day to let the natural moisture and oils build up in your hair so it can be strong and bouncy every day washing stips your hair . a kenra product with moisturising will keep you looking great.

um.... how about once a day if your white, but if your black (judging by your pic your not) once a week. white ppl, and other ethnicites besides black have more oil in their hair, so u need to wash it everyday.

I'm a professional hair dresser washing your hair everyday isn't really good for your hair. No matter how much shampoo you accumalate on your scalp, it makes your hair oily and many people do think shampooing everyday is healthy but it's not. at the most every other day. Never take two showers a day thats a no no.
