My hair keeps falling out HELLP!?

I dye my hair very oftern... I dye it a chestnut brown and the dye just fades out in about a week.. i already have thin hair and i just run my hands through my hair and it seriously FALLS out it massive clumps and now i can hardly wash my hair because i just get clumps.. ive waited acouple weeks but nothing has happened.. i have seen my gp but he says its stress but im not under ANY stress.. i need to stop my hair falling out.. will someone please help me...

First off, what are you coloring your hair with? Over the counter stuff probably.... Try going to a beauty supply store and buying REAL color, it is much better for your hair. The girls that work there can help you if you get lost but you basically will need the color you want, a 20 or 30 developer, salon conditioner, a mizing bowl, and gloves. To help thicken up your hair Nioxxin is amazing! It is a shampoo and conditioner and is available at most salons and beauty supply stores. As far as your hair falling out in clumps, I would talk to your stylist since it is not from stress.

I use to have the same problem. I stoped using conditioner everyday. I might use it maybe 2 a week or when I think my hair is getting to rough then I'll use it. After I did that my hair doesn't fall out at all now

well obviously the dyeing is damaging your hair so what you need to do is stop dyeing it do you want a ugly color or no hair?

then what you need to do is relax you have to be thinking about something
