Why is my hair thinning?

Neither side grandfathers or great grandfathers have been bald. My hair is thinning, everytime I look at the mirror my hair line looks thinner...Is there something wrong with me or do I need vitamins?? help!

Why is my hair thinning?

Maybe due to stress. Oil massage, a proper diet with enough proteins and reducing stress can prevent hair loss. More cheap home remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/hairfall.htm...

I'm thinking it's too damaged. If you color it often or gel a little more then you need to, that may cause hair loss.

Then comes stress, that causes hair loss too.

I suggest you take it easy and use milder shampoos and avoid hair products that do more then just clean your hair.

Why is my hair thinning?

Maybe it's your diet, I'd say exercise more and eat healthier.

Why is my hair thinning?

Male hair loss comes from the mother's side of the family. You could be a throwback from a much earlier generation, or the first in your family! If you think it's a medical condition, see your doctor.
